X-Games Team and X-Games Judge do not allow users to create accounts. Competition administrators assign and manage all credentials.
Request deletion or correction
An authorized participant may request deletion or correction of app-related information by emailing privacy@associationwebworks.com.
Include:
- Whether the request concerns X-Games Team or X-Games Judge.
- The assigned team name or judge user ID.
- The competition name and date.
- The information to be deleted or corrected.
- A way for us or the competition administrator to verify authorization.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request, verify authorization, and delete or correct eligible information from active systems. Some information may be retained when reasonably required for official competition records, safety, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or temporary backup rotation. We will explain any applicable limitation in our response.
Removing the app from a device does not itself delete server records. Signing out of the Team app stops location sharing and clears the active mobile session from that device.
